Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen berries strawberries, blueberries, or mixed berries
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter natural or creamy
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt for creaminess and tang
  • 1/4 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1 banana sliced for topping
  • granola granola for topping
  • honey honey for drizzling

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Spoon or spatula
  • Bowl

Method

  1. Add the frozen berries, peanut butter, Greek yogurt, and milk into your blender. Secure the lid tightly.
  2. Blend on high for about 30-45 seconds until the mixture is thick, smooth, and vibrant in color, with no large berry chunks remaining.
  3. Pause to check the texture— it should be scoopable and creamy, not runny. If needed, add a splash more milk and blend briefly again.
  4. Taste the smoothie and, if you prefer it sweeter, blend in a little honey until well combined.
  5. Pour the thick, luscious smoothie into a shallow bowl, smoothing the top with the back of your spoon for an even surface.
  6. Arrange sliced banana slices, sprinkle with granola, and drizzle with honey on top for added crunch and sweetness.
  7. Serve immediately with a spoon, enjoying the contrast of creamy, crunchy, and fruity textures with each bite.
